Did not do the 165 000 km service

I made an appointment about a week and a half ago, for my Toyota Fortuner`s 165 000 km service interval. I also reported that there was a noise when you released the clutch, and it sounded like the brakepads were finished. I took my vehicle in this morning at 7:30 am. When I went to collect my car at 17:00pm this afternoon, I found that the car did not get the 165 000km service, as I have booked telephonically with them. They also said that the brakes were ok, and that the noise at the clutch was also ok. I was very disappointed when the car was not serviced, as I have requested. Now I must take the car again on Friday, as I have appointments with my cli? nts (Farmers) the rest of the week. I need my car for work, and can`t do any work without it.

Also, I still hear the noise when I brake and also the sound as the clutch is released. So the whole day that the car stayed at Toyota Serviced Centre in Potchefstroom was a waste of my time.

I am very disappointed with their service.
