Last year Sep/October 2012 I was given Avis Car Rental through my insurance Company. When i arrived and the car was handed over to me no checklist on the condition of the car was given to me (only the normal papers). I was not even allocated a person to go check the car with me. All was well and the car was returned on time in the same condition that was returned. When I returned the car no one came to check the car with me still. A week later i was called that i bumped the car underneath the front bumper and i disputed the allegation. I even informed the agent that we did not check the car underneath when picked and i only self-inspected on the normal visible sides. They told me that i will be liable for the repairs and i refused as they could not prove to me that it was me who scratched the car. They told me that they will blacklist me and i responded that i do not take kind to threats and i informed them that they can take me to court and i will go defend my case in court. I am surprised that now i am being called by someone informing me that i was handed over for legal action and i disputed that i am liable. She referred me back to Avis. I am not happy by these allegations
