I had an Avis rental through my insurance.

Lana advised me when the car needed to go back to Avis (i.e. I was told the Date by her).

I was then charged for an additional days rental.

She/They are now insisting that the insurance company only paid for 16 days and not 17 days of rental which means "it's not their problem". Despite the fact that it was Avis in the first place which told me when the car should go back (and it did on that day).

I was promised more than a month ago BY LANA that this would be sorted out. It still isn't. Avis just passes the blame onto M&F neglecting the fact that AVIS (more specifically lana) was the one who told me when the car needs to be returned. i.e. their mistake to begin with!
