It was some time in Nov 2012 i was late for a meeting -30km away from the station as i stopped my car at the pump the cover from the pump fell over and scratched my car i had to cancell my meeting to sort this out i was instructed by the manager to please find 3 quotes to have my car repiared i informed him as this is my only mode of transport and at that time did -200km per day i then got all 3 quotes by the time i returned it to the store there was another manager on duty who told the casher that he does not want to see me. this me off i then got hold of the regional manager for bp Lorraine Sekgothe who assisted me to a point yet again explianed that i cannot afford to go without a car for a day when she arranged for my to be repiared by Danmar Auto Body but they could not loan me a car i then suggested that they rather pay me out and let me do the repiars when it suits me best please note that at this point i have already wasted alot of my time and money
