2nd time unlucky at the same service station

I went to the above service station to fill up, while in a que i was told by the attendant that i need to give the car behind a chance as he before me, how does that happen when the car behind me arrived later. This is not the first time i am getting bad servive at this station, previously the attendant filled the tank the the petrol started shhoting out as the pump was not working properly. approx 1 min . the attendant said that they cant do anything about it as its a fault on the pump. I asked for the manager/owner in both cases but was told that he was not available.
