Deposit still not refunded after almost 2 weeks

I rented a vehicle at Avis on 15 November and took it back on 16 November (Saturday).

When I returned the vehicle I asked when will I receive my deposit back and the person told me it would be reversed on my credit card the same day.By Tuesday I still haven't gotten my deposit back so I went there and asked them when I will receive it. They said it takes 3-4 working days that should be the Wednesday or Thursday. The next Monday (this past Monday) I called them since I still haven't received anything. They said I will probably receive it by Tuesday since it takes 7 working days. This is now 3 different times that 3 different people has told me the refund will take. So what is it now??

Today is Thursday, 9 working days later, and there is still nothing!

This is some of the worst service I have ever gotten!
