Bad Attitude by pump attendant

I went to the Total service station situated off Van Riebeeck road in Kuilsriver on my way to a meeting. I parked at a pump and waited to be served. Because I was pushed for time, I looked at the car's clock and approximately 2minutes passed without me being served. Another vehicle (LDV) then pulled in to the pump next to me and got served immediately. I approached the pump attendant and asked him why he serves the vehicle before me. His answer was that he cannot talk now, he is busy, I must wait. When I confronted him about this, he laughed at me and asked me me what am I going to do. I requested him to get a colleague to call his manager, but this could not be done as his manager was absent on leave. While this was going on, another vehicle stopped and got served immediately. None of the pump attendants around wanted to react when I requested for the manager to be called, and all stood laughing about the situation.

Very very poor customer service, with a complete no-care-attitude towards me as a customer.
