Antiques never delivered

I used this company to move my furniture from Durban to Jhb - they were a disgrace - they came on a Friday when they had been given strict instructions not to. They off loaded the furniture minus an antique sideboard - when my domestic phoned me to tell me it was missing - the driver said "not to worry" they would deliver it on Monday. Many Mondays have come and gone - Tony refuses to accept that the delivery was short of items - because my domestic signed the delivery note - even though it was with the promise from the driver that he would bring it on the Monday - this was an antique that has been passed down in the family and part of a set for the diningroom - Tony and his cronies deny deny deny - they are and rip off artists - the other antiques were broken and two chairs smashed. all this was noted on the delivery note.. they are aggressive and deny everything - don't ever use them.. I have never had the courtesy of a phone call - they clearly decorate their own homes with their customers furniture. they should be shutdown!
