Poor service

Cars & Transport

I bought a Captiva 2.4 Auto in 2012. After a week of driving I complained that my consumption is too high and is far higher than the spec says. The manager said i must fill up my tank to the brim and we took a drive for appr 10km to see what the consumption was (1.8litres). When we returned i had to fill up again and i had to put in almost 2litres. The manager said the engine might be still stiff but will do a diagnstic test. After the test they said there is no problem with the consumption and I must drive the vehicle and after about 7000km i must check back with them and i did that as the consumption did not improve. The air conditioner broke, wind noise from the doors and I booked the vehicle in for all these broblems 14-03-2013. The air could not be repaired as they were waiting on a part that was ordered and I wll be informed when it arrives. No problems resolved that day, two weeks ago i phoned again, they said the part is on back order. It is a month later and i am still waiting for them to come back to me. I phoned customer care again this morning they say turn around time is 24hours. I get 395 per tank specs says (12.4 urban, 6.8 extra urban, combined 9.1L/100km) 65L
