DISAPPOINTED and ROBBED!!

I had hired a car online 3 weeks ago. upon collecting the vehicle i was told the systems were not updates and that the fees i found online was not what they were picking up but they assured me that i would not have to pay more than i agreed to online. a week later i was sent a bill for ten times more than that amount. i called and mailed and got no responce so i continued to enquire and finally they admitted to there mistake. a week later i was billed for half of the radiculous bill which was still five times more than my innitial quote. a week later and i have not recieved any money back in my card or the account rectified. last time i will do business with this company!!
