If you want to be treated like dirt irrerspective of the fact that you are willing to pay their EXHORBITANT fees, then this is the car hire company for you. There is NOT one staff member who is pleasant to talk to when trying to hire a car. As one, from the person who answers the phone to the manager, they are awful awful rude people. I literaly found myself nervous and shakey when I had occassion to call Top Notch. Top Notch my - they should rename the company - are Us!!!
