Service Beyond Expectation

I would really like to thank Denise at the Danmar Autobody Sandton she assisted me withthe delivery of my vehicle on completion when i received the phone to collect my vehicle and that it was ready for delivery they ensured and confirmed with the insrance and they advised that there is no insurance exess required when i collected the vehicle they then received a invoice from the insurance with and exess of R5000.00 thi was after i spoke to my broker to arrange with the person who drove into me to pay exess.if applicableand was advised that they will deal with it and that was when Denise took the initiative to despute the exess and they agreed to waiver the exess due to poor service from the insurance side

i am really greatful for the assistance from Denise and hope that they reward her for excellent service
