Stear Clear of this company!! 1 yr without my car!

I purchased an "Approved Used" vehicle from Reeds Cape Town, the Opel Agent, in September 2010 with approximately 45000km on the clock - Opel Astra 1.9 GTC Diesel
For "complete peace of mind" the salesman at the time convinced me to purchase a full warranty package from Motorite, as well as an Extended Service Plan -both at a huge additional cost. I was also instructed to always service the vehicle at the agents, which I did.
This turned out to be a total waste of time and money!
Upon taking delivery of my new vehicle, I became aware that it smoked so badly that it was embarrassing to drive!
I took the vehicle back several times and was always assured that it was normal for a diesel to smoke like it was. Being a women and na? ve to mechanics I took the "agents" word for it and continued to drive the vehicle as is.
To cut a VERY long story short, the Astra eventually packed up completely 18 months later in March 2012 with approximately 89 000km on the clock.
It is now March 2013 and I still don't have my vehicle back!
