My Vehicle (Toyota Hilux) was at Danmar Autobody for Repairs in January, However the insurance did not authorise a repair to the Back, A ding on the Left Rear and the Tailgate. However the authorization was sent through to [Email Removed] by my insurance company on the 30/01/2013. I do have documentation to proof that. The Manager and Jude both deny receiving the documentation for authorization saying that their e mail has some issues. 12 days Later, The 11 February 2013 after I constintly called Danmar I personally sent the e mail to Jude did they start work. I personally visited Danmar on Friday 22/02/2013 and after a lengthy discussion which resolved absolutely nothing The manager assured that my vehicle will be ready by Tuesday 26/02/2013. I have still not received my vehicle. Everyday this car stands at Danmar Costs me money. I demand that I be compensated for this delay from Danmar. 11 Days of Delay is a big cost to me and somebody has to take responsibility.
