Bad repair work

Danmar called me to collect my vehicle after they received it in January. When I went to collect my vehicle on the 2nd of April, i inspected the vehicle, it was noted that my bonnet does not open / close properly, my electric windows were not working, my fog lights were not working and also that my battery was loose and some of the wires were cut off from the battery, I was not impressed, after calling them numerous times to hear where the vehicle is, it was said that it is at the testing / verification units... however if it was there why was this not picked up? I am very disgusted in this Imperial approved dealership... i left my car there and contacted my broker. Also not happy with the cleanness of my vehicle!!!
