Petrol attendants

It is the third time in two months that the attendant at the Port Nolloth petrol station did not close my vehicles diesel cap after filling it up. I drive 115km dirt road every day to work and twice i drove the distance with a open cap and had to drain my diesel tank to get rid of the dirt. Today i filled up a 200 lt drum of diesel with the same result. I luckely stop and checked and lost about 10 lt. I went back and complaint at the owner with no response. The attendant said if i did not opened the drum he would have remembered to close is. My diesel cap is broken because it was left open. I lost about 100 lt of diesel, because of their neglagence. Friday they had no diesel and i could not go to work. When you want to inflate your tyres, the gage never works. They never offer to clean your windscreen. I have to take my toyota to a carwash now, because i am not allowed to drive on the mine with diesel spills. I am not the only one with problems. They have the attitude of take it or go somewhere else. Problem is, they are the only petrol station.
