Never take your car to Bocsh

I had my car taken in on 24 December 2012, Dodge Caliber Black XLG 244 GP. They took the car in because the gears were not changing its an automatic car. We also left details of our Insurance so they can claim warranty i had already called my insurance and they were happy for me to take the car there, I was told because of the holidays they will look at it when they return in January 2013. January came Bosch did not bother to tell me what is going on I had to constantly call and ask the status on my car. The whole of January, Febuary, March 2013 I kept on calling them without any joy They informed me that the gearbox is the one that has a problem and they will need to strip the car to fix it so i agreed all the time i keep asking them how much its going to cost so i can inform my insurance eventualy my insurance sends an evaluator and they agreed they will pay R15000 to repair the car. Bosch now comes back and they tell me they will have to replace the whole gear box which is going to cost R60, 000, after 3 months of striping my car they tell me that i dont think they have the skills to fix my car and are running like bush machanics who have no skills, im now stressed with no car. HELP!!!
