Sparkplugs were never replaced

Took my Mini Cooper in to Bosch Service Centre Silverton end September 2012, asked them to replace the sparkplugs (was there for thermostat problem, & thought to replace sparkplugs while it's there as well). All fine until 2 Jan 2013 when suddenly my car starts running low on power / chugging non-stop. So I thought of taking it back to Bosch seeing as I'm an existing customer with them - but after trying to call repeatedly (3 Jan 2013) with no answer I tried the next closest auto workshop (as referred to by SA Warranties). They diagnosed & found that the car was running on only 3 of 4 cylinders - they then replaced the sparkplugs & guess what - problem solved.

So I asked them to check the sparkplugs they had just removed - because I had just had them replaced at Bosch end of Sept 2012 - apparently. I was told that the sparkplugs are at least 40 000km old (oxidation rings on the plugs) and that Bosch obviously had to me, and charged me for plugs they never replaced.

I am demanding a refund as I have now paid Bosch for sparkplugs that they never replaced. I have tried resolving the matter with Bosch, no one gets back to me and I need to sort this out.
