BOSCH BROKE MY CAR

I took my car for a major service with Bosch Mt Edgcombe yesterday 26/08/2013. My car was running fine, I had no issues with the vehicle I drove it to Howick and back over the weekend everything went smoothly. Yesterday afternoon I went to pick up my car from Bosch, however this morning on my way to work the car breaks-down. I contacted Bosch as they had last did service on the car, they said they will arrange someone to contact me back and that was at 08:05, I got the call at about 8:50 telling me they are sending someone to come a take a look at the car and once the guys reached the car at about 09:57 they then call back Jason stating that the car would need to be towed, the service adviser Jason requested to speak to me telling I would have to pay for towing the vehicle back to Bosch an amount of R350.00. I told him that I wont pay as my car was fine before the service and they would need to tow it and fix it as it was in running order when I gave it to them. After a good 10 min arguing about the issue he eventually sends a tow truck. however now I have been contacted by the same Jason stating it is a mechanical fault I would have to pay for it.
