CONTINUOUS PROMISES UNHONOURED

I am currently in Gauteng to collect a CAR which was long approved on the 3/4/13 which I was told that the car is on the floor when I got there it was not the right one and I was promised that this will be fix within a day however even today I still waiting.

What frustrate me even worse is the fact that I have already accepted the insurance on the deal and already debit my account as I believe they were giving the better deal secondly I get continuous PROMISES which were never fulfilled and I told the sales person that today I have to take my family on holiday but that doesn't seem to have any effect on the urgency on that particular deal, now I have to be a joke to them, lastly I drove from Polokwane to Gauteng hope to drive my chosen car unfortunately that seems slim for me to do so.

I don't know if the hold up is with the person who has to draft the invoice or the sales person.
