Debiting fuel purchase twice for the second time

There is a going on at Shell Garage Noordwyk. I purchased fuel and swiped my card on a saturday, it we thru and again on a Monday. It happened again Yesterday and when i spoke to the manager by the name of Connie, she said it happens every where and all the time. Am so annoyed because she is lying, im not the first one complaining about this and its happening for the 2nd time. It happened to my friend as well. I wonder how many people a loosing to this garage, without noticing. People please check your accounts if you've ever swiped you card at that shell and make sure they replace your amounts.
