Poor services as shell garage in daveyton

I went to the garage to as I always go to refill my fuel with them on 16.09.2013 time 15h22 I wants to purchase 2litre fuel to use it for something else in my car and I could not purchase full tank because I loaded on the 12.09.2013 and explained that to the manager thinking that he will assist me as he knows me as the customer I always go there to get my fuel and HE SAID NO I CAN NOT ASSIST YOU EVEN IF YOU STOP GETTING FUEL FROM HERE ITS NOT A PROBLEM I DONT MIND LOSING YOU A CUSTOMER! I was so surprised to hear that from the manager and I just wonder where is customer care in shell garage why cant they keep their regular customers happy? I really like shell garage however since from that day I did not see any reason for me to go back there to get fuel. DISPPOINTTED CUSTOMER...
