Careless shell

We placed an order for fuel delivery on monday the 28-10-2013 and was promised delivery on the 29-10-2013 after numerous calls we were promised delivery on the 30-10-2013 again called them spoke to a saliem whom said there will not be any fuel delivered for the promised date. Received an sms to say that fuel will be delivered 31-10-2013 between 09.30 and 13.30 .14.00 no fuel called shell again just to be told there was a problem with the truck and they should be there shortly its 15.30 we have run dry and have to use an external fuel supplier since yesterday and would like to know whom is going to cover the cost ..utterly dissapointed with Shell Sa
