Refund by Shell Garage in Lakefield, Benoni

My LDV was filled up with petrol instead of diesel at the Shell Garage in Lakefield Benoni on 18 November 2013. I was not aware of this at the time of paying for the fuel and left the garage. My car started convulsing and I immediately knew that the incorrect fuel had been put into my LDV. I called out a mobile mechanic to come and drain the fuel tank, purge the fuel lines and bleed the system. All this at my own cost due to the error made by the attendant at the garage station. I returned to the station after the mobile mechanic had completed his job and spoke to the Manager / Owner, Shadrack and mentioned the error that had occurred. I am pleased to advise that Shadrack took full ownership of the mistake and reimbursed me for the fuel and the costs for the mobile mechanic call out and repairs. I am very impressed with the customer service that was given to me and I applaud Shadrack and his team. Well done, you have a customer for life! Thank you Sir.
