Shocking Negligence & Non-existant Follow Up

My husband had his Terios serviced at Multifranchise Stikland on Friday. This included new brakepads and tyre realignment. When he drove his car out the workshop there was a strange rattling sound. After a km or so he decided to turn back to get it looked at. As he turned the corner his front passenger side wheel came off and went rolling down the road. This at one of the busiest intersections in our area in Friday 5pm traffic. The car tipped forward and the front panels were damaged. We don't know whether the axle has been damaged or not. It is now Monday 13:30 and despite several phone calls to them, we have yet to have anybody acknowledge the problem or be prepared to come and fetch the car and get it sorted out. There was not a single nut on the wheel that came off and this is such gross negligence - they are seriously lucky this didn't result in an accident. But I am stunned we cannot get anybody to sort the problem out (or even acknowledge the problem) and are still sitting without a car! What a bunch of unprofessional amateurs...
