Delaying Payment of my trade in cash

I bought a car from Imperial select Midrand on the 15th of March, the guy who was assisting me was Kabelo and the Manager is Schmdt. I traded in my Audi for a Kia Sorento. I have never received such bad service in my life:
1) I agreed to buy the car from them and the promised to fix all the outstanding issues on the car but the day that i got there, the car had a bump on the side and only when i refused to sign did they rush to fix it.
2) It took me 5 hrs to get everything sorted.
3) They promised to renew the disk up to now i haven't received it.
4) The sun roof had a problem they said they will call me wen the part arrives from Korea, till now.
5) I traded in my car for R65000-00 i used R40000-00 for the deposit, I was promised the rest within a week and its almost a month now, Schmidt and Kabelo are always dodging me. I don't know what to do now.
