Unacceptable attitude

VW Menlyn Is The Worst Ever Dealership In South Africa & Perhaps The World. I took my car in to be checked for a noise on the front left wheel, Marcus was the service consultant. They couldn't detect what the actual problem was and i decided to fetch my car. On my way home i could hear strange noise that i have never heard before, i called Marcus to explain my problem to him, he gave me attitude, telling me it's not his problem. The following morning he called to tell me that the noise i was hearing was due to the fact that they forgot to fasten back some of the components on the front wheels (negligence). He failed to give me an apology for the negligence on his part.
