My Citroen isn't a Lemon after all!

I recently complained about my 5 year old Citroen C2 and the extensive repairs needed (starting with a cylinder head gasket). I thought Citroen SA should take responsibility for this as I felt the car was too young to need such extensive and expensive repairs. My complaint was quickly and courteously handled by Bheki at the Customer Services Centre. He kept me informed when there were delays with getting the necessary information, he was great to deal with (nice sense of humour) and he went out of his way to help me, =. I was SO sure that he was just making all the right noises and that nothing would happen but I was amazed, happy and so pleased to be wrong when he reported yesterday that Citroen SA would take responsibility for all the spares (and there are many!) and I needed to only pay for the labour - less than a third of the total amount.
Well done Bheki and Citroen - my faith has been restored!
