Bad and Incomplete service

Hi

I brought my vehicle with registration no.BY 67 NG GP for repairs and picked it up on Thursday the 26thth of September 2013. On Friday the 27th of September 2013, while on my way to Polokwane with my family, the vehicle broke down due to the right front wheel nuts not fitted properly. Consequently, the wheel assembly was damaged and the vehicle had to be towed to the nearest dealer at Mokopane where they could only resolve the problem on Monday the 30th of September 2013 and had to pay for repairs

As I have not tempered with the vehicle since picking it up from PT PAINT AND PANEL panel beaters, it is quite clear that the damage was occasioned by the negligence and as such I reported the matter to them and NO RESPOND FROM THEM SINCE, Follow ups emails with no reponds.
