Do you REALLY call this a service??

Tue, 8 Jan paid for courier of docs to Canada & was told it would take 2-3 days, arriving latest Fri, 11 Jan. After no feedback by end of the week, sent an email on 13 Jan, but by 15:30 on 14 Jan had received no response. Called branch, gave details to 2 different people who promised to call back within 1 hr, yet I had to call AGAIN to check. Was told docs stopped for clearance delay & PostNet can't get response from DHL, promised feedback by 14:00 today, but nothing. Called at 14:15, spoke to George - VERY rude! Said I need to give them time as 14:00 has just passed. Still awaiting his feedback...

Called DHL myself - was told the docs arrived at delivery facility in Nova Scotia this mng. Checked DHL website myself, waybill 7742907782 left clearance processing in Ontari0 on 10 Jan already. Been in Nova Scotia since 11 Jan. Unclear why it hasn't been delivered.

Why is PostNet giving wrong info when this is clearly a service failure. 3 docs sent to same address from same branch; paid different amount each time; given incorrect delivery information 2 out of the 3 times. Mistakes happen, but keep you client informed and PLEASE drop the attitude! I will never support you again!
