Imperial Select Multi Franchise
1st and last time I will buy a car from Kia

Cars & Transport

I traded my car at the Imperial Select Multi Franchise in Umhlanga in February, and the series of events that has happened from that time to present is shocking, unprofessional and some would call it. Series of events are as follows:
Traded in a Nissan almera and was told i will get R30 000 to use as a deposit. My finance was approved and everything at that stage seemed to be very kosher. I was promised my registration documents in a weeks time, and after a week when i tried to contact the sales person i was told that he had left. I should have taken this as a bad sign as it took them nearly 3 weeks for Kia to actually get me my registration and new number plates.
I was also contacted by the new owner of my nissan almera and his questions was a bit concerning to me. He asked me when he could pick up the log book for the almera, which i believe kia already have with them currently. I informed him that i would contact him after i contacted kia, which i did and Kia wasn't aware of this sale being done in their words " not in our books". I constantly get calls from new owner requesting log book.

Please advise.
