Unprofessional Service

I have a 1-month old Ford Ranger and the battery has a visible defect in the casing between two filling pots and leaks battery acid. I noticed the leak and cleaned it to confirm that we have a definite problem and after driving a trip from Kempton Park to Vrede in Free State and Middelburg in Mpumalanga the spills were visible again and hence my booking at Lazarus Ford. Jonathan at Battery Centre Centurion tested the battery and could found no problem after cleaning the battery himself. Jonathan reckons on his report that the battery is abused and i would like to know how i can abuse the battery if its installed in the vehicle with no additional sound or electrical connections as its standard as from factory. You can visibly see how the acid is eating into the plastic outer casing as well. I told Lazarus Ford that if the vehicle has to be brought back for the same issue they will be responsible for my time and diesel expenses and if we have paint damage due to battery acid it will be for their cost. I definitely will not support or refer this branch to anybody as the diagnoses done is unprofessional. Thanks
