Nashua Mobile shipped my new handset via RTT on Tuesday. Wednesday they called to confirm delivery, only to find out that they had shipped the phone to Kimberly and not Cape Town. They said they would correct it and deliver today (Friday).

I called today only to be told that the handset was still in Kimberly!!

This is absolutely rediculous and very unprofessional. Now I the client must suffer because RTT messed up my address.
