Never will I courier with them again!

Overnight ed a parcel from Kenilworth picknpay dropbox on Wednesday the 6th Feb 2013, it never arrived in Nelspruit for my fathers birthday on the 7th! I had to call them and find out what was going on and they said in was in Kimberly! It still never arrived on Friday the 8th! and on friday evening they called to say it was still in Kimberly! Today they called and told me they dont know where the parcel is!!! I've been patient until now. Then the lady Nadine (from Berco Cape Town) tells me could I send another parcel again! HOW STUPID!
