Still without my car!!

With regards to my previous post, I am still without my vehicle and have been informed by VW Claremont where my vehicle is being repaired that the part will only arrive 20 May, which will leave me 5 months without a vehicle due to History of this car which I was unaware of and not highlighted to me by Audi N1 Goodwood and due to repair errors made and highlighted to me by VW Claremont. This situation has just spirralled way out of control and I am physically and mentally exhausted by all this. With this being said I will always have a negative perception of these dealerships due to my daunting experience, .. but as mentioned here and above, It is only my perception due to my own experience. and yes I understand cars break, but my arguement was the timeframe in which this happends vs the value of the car, along with how the situation is dealt with, along with quality checks and processes and regulations to prohibit this kind of thing etc and my real gripe was the lack of information and transparancy... but be that as it may, my situation, my perception and views. This could be a once off, sure these dealerships sells other good quality veicles, but not my case.
