Purchased a brand new A3 from Audi Claremont on 22/3. I booked a manual car (deposit paid) and was told after that someone else had purchased it. I had already sold my vehicle and had to settle on an auto A3. When I received the car it was filthy and didn't have some of the extras I had ordered & paid for. Days later I found that the wiper system was defective and that there was a noise coming from the dashboard which I was told would "settle" (the car went in thrice over this time). Frustrated, I took the car to Audi N1 city who after 3 days (2 separate visits) said that they could not fix these problems & that they would need further feedback from the factory which would take time. I have been dealing with Audi SA since 8 April and still there is no resolution. I have finally heard form the dealer principal of Audi Claremont & he didn't have a shred of empathy for my situation. Although N1 city claimed that the issues couldn't be resolved I was told that the car would need to go back to Claremont for an "assessment" even though the CPA states that I can demand a refund/replacement. Absolute nightmare! Worst customer service and brand!
