Trying to get an answer for over a week

After being put on hold countless times for about 10 min at a time, just to be cut off and not be able to be put through to the right people, not even a manager. then leaving urgent messages for the manager, just to not be called back. absolutely shocking service, receptionists rude and sighing over the phone. the worst service ever!!!
