I renewed my subscription with Sunday Times in November last year after countless calls from them begging me to renew.

After countless calls advising them I had not received my subscription, I have received the most horrible service. Throughout December I struggled to get hold of The contact centre - their reason. It's the festive season and they ALL leave early at their own discretion. On the one day they left at 2 the next day I called they left at 12.

I'm not sure what operational management is in place in this place.

But to add to all my frustration and money wasted on all the calls made one of their consultants told me only one escalation was logged after calling over 10 times.

Today the first consultant I spoke to dropped the line. I then called in another 3 times and each of those times the call was dropped without any assistance.

I then called again requested to be put through to the contact centre manager who also was not available. I did get through to some other manager who attempted to help me - I'm still not hopeful.

I still haven't received the camera nor the papers.

I'll have all the calls posted on UTube so everyone can understand my frustration.
