Renew-it Edenvale
Absolutely unprofessional poor service. Useless!

I speak on behalf of 3 individuals. We have had absolutely service at Renew-It Edenvale. They put up a false impression and never deliver. Look at all the bad reports on this site! I would never recommend them to anyone. I took my Fiances vehicle after she met with an accident in the beginning of Jan 2013. After leaving the vehicle we called many times, I popped by a few times as well. Everytime we called, Yandisa was busy and we were told she will get back to us. That never happened. Our emails are hardly ever responded to. I went in to Renew-It 4 weeks ago explaining my situation and how urgently we need the car, or atleast a courtesy car. They promised to get back to us the next day by 11am. This hasnt happen till date! They have excuses for everything and customer service is the worst I have ever experienced thus far. We are new in JHB and needed the help, I had just bought a new car and due to this inconvenience I am spending 6 hours a day driving and putting on a load of mileage on my car. If I had known, I would have taken the car to anyother panel shop. I just hope that Renew-It would wake their management up and work on customer service. I will never recommend them.
