Numerous complaints, shocking business ethic

Rented a car from company, were great in the beginning. Had to extend original lease of car. Such a hard company to get hold of as was told would sort payment out at a later stage, then couldn't get hold of them. Got a call on the 2nd April to say car was leased to someone else and needed to pick it up. Informed David I needed to get to work that night and promised to drop another off as was done previously. I had to sleep during the day and got no call. Had to get a lift from a friend to work. Then when I called the next morning I was told the car was picked up for non payment so they to me originally. I said I was happy to sort this out and had been trying to get hold of them but then he said no he would get the boss to call me when he got in at 9 (20mins from when I phoned) and then the phone was put down. Called 3 times afterwards when no call came and no one picked up. Have no luxury of internet at home and and mobile won't take calls so was calling from my office phone. Company still has my deposit for original lease which I would like to sort out. Very hard company to communicate with. Not impressed with their attitude as was willing to sort out thismiss communication.
