Where is my delivery?

My new MTN cellphone is due to be delivered to me today. No call received ito delivery time. I have contacted the number with the reference provided which I received via sms yesterday. First call, I was transfered to 3 different people, none of which could help me. So I requested that someone phone me back. Nothing. I called again, repeat performance, person could not assist me and offered to give me another number to contact. Really?? No, I call the number provided and expect my query to be resolved without so much hassle. Again, I asked that someone call me back immediately. Nothing. Indicates staff are totally incomptent. And I am without my new cellphone.
