My car was hail damaged and sent to a VW approved repairer. 4 weeks into the job they realised that a new dome was required. Why was this not identified within the first week? They are the experts??? VW Greenstone could not give Sandrose a delivery date for the dome so I called VW Greenstone and the next day Sandrose had the dome. They more often than not don't return my calls, they cannot tell me when the job will be finished, they dont keep me updated. In the beginning they could not find my car on their system. My car has been in their workshop for 13 weeks if I am not mistaken. Who knows how much longer it will be in for repairs. Is this standard for repairs? Last week I was told that it would take another two and a half weeks. In the mean time I have to make a plan for a car so that I can perform my job and get around and they don't care. I don't believe them any more. Please help!
