I am so disappointed with the LACK of service!

We showed interest in a black polo Vivo, we were guaranteed that the car was ours! We made a HUGE effort to get through to Voortrekker Road as we live in the Southern Suburbs and once we got there we signed the offer to purchase. We were promised that the car was ours, we made a time to come sign the contract only to be told the next day that the sales person had and the car was already sold to someone else. I then called the Manager Kobus who promised me a car... ANY car at cost, this happened 2 weeks ago! I'm still waiting for a reply, I then called yesterday and asked for some photos to be sent of what is on the floor... I'm still waiting! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE... i HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED SUCH TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
