Velocity Cars
BMW 1 series faulty since i bought it in Oct. 2012

This company are totally unprofessional and they are liars. Very nice and full of bull stories when you buy the car, but the moment you experience problems they treat you like dirt. My car is currently at the above mentioned branch. i was promised by the Group operations manger of Velocity cars that all my issues will be sorted out during a meeting on 26th of February 2013. I finally got some peace after struggling to get someone to attend to my car problems since January 2012. So buy the way the problems are re-occuring problems that started in November 2012. A month after i bought the car from them. The car is standing at their workshop as i speak, and its been there for a whole month. Practically the only did some repairs and want me to pay R6000 to repair the gearbox, wich was worked on by their workshop in December when i got stucked with the car. I even towed the car to them with my insurance, cause they told me straight to bring the car in. Thats the customer service you get once the car is your property. Sad very sad, but im far from done, they wont get away with this. Mr Janoidien big boss of Velocity cars. Pls return my calls, and emails, cause my next step is Radio.
