I have been experiencing nothing but and messed about concerning the servicing of my vehicle from VW Barons Durban since beginning of March 2013.My car was booked for the following..1>car at times would not start..2>Window mechanism..3>Oil leak. None of the above were sorted out if anything i had a door pad damaged in the process by the dealership which took them over a month to rectify... my car has been to the dealership almost every week trying to diagnose the problem which to date has still not taken place? i was told from the service adviser, warranty clerk, service Manager and the Financial Manager that parts have been ordered and the problem will be sorted out. Has it? No. To date the buck has been passed from one person to the other... Parts are coming from Germany then from "VW SA" which in actual fact was never ordered in the first place..i was promised by management that i would be called and kept in the loop which once again never happened. I have had parts replaced on my vehicle which never resolved any of the problems. My car is currently being used by the dealership as a trial and error and the beauty part is that my car goes out of warranty end of June. This is VW FOR YOU!
