FOTON BAKKIE - WORST NIGHTMARE EVER!!!

I bought a Foton Thunda in Nov 12. We took delivery of the vehicle with the following problems: Tyres where cut in grooves, Driver seat is skew, fan blades damaged, cowling cover is damaged, rust on body, play on steering, turbo problems, the mirrors on the vehicle is not original. I do not know how the vehicle went through PDI or roadworthy with the amount of loose bolts and nuts. As if this wasn't bad enogh the vehicle was delivered with sigarette stubs in the ashtray. I did try and follow the correct channels to try and sort the problems out but with no avail. No one ever phoned back or responded to emails. The bakkie was taken to Germiston Workshop and we were promised that the problems would be sorted. The vehicles was delivered back to us, not a single thing done, it now had gearbox problems as well. It has been in Germiston since Jan 2013
I bought the vehicle in November and just paid the 5th installment on a bakkie that we have not driven 50km with. The loan vehicle that was given to us, only lasted 2 weeks and has been standing on my property for 2 months, it seems they don't want it back!!! I have started legal action and Carte Blanche is the next step.
