My vehicle went in for repairs

My vehicle went in march 2013 to have the engin redone, and all ofthe faults repaired on the vehicle. I received my vehicle back after 8 months, in which they oinly replaced the heaadlights and aparently redone the engin, the engin is still the same making a lot of noise not idling and very heavy on fuel, the grill is put back with cable ties, the power steering pump is leaking, the seats haven't been replaced, and the vehicle sustained hail damage while it was at boksburg foton which I contacted the workshop manager about and he denies it saying that my vehicle was in the worksop the whole time but yet when I picked it up it was covered in dust standing outside, the clutch is barely working. In the 3 years that I've had this vehicle its been in my possesion about 9 months, with all of the problems I've had on it and everytime it costs me money phoning 30 diffrent people to try and get it sorted out, phonoing people at foton SA or the dealers themselves all I get is that they will let me know and every week I've got to phone and phone to try and get it sorted out. If I had known that it. Would be such a hassle to get service out of foton I would never have bought a foton
