I bought a brand new Foto Bakkie in December. My vehicle was taken in on the 2nd of Septemeber for repairs. The vehicle moved from Somerset West to Paarden Eiland. I get no feedback, response, help nothing. This vehicle is under guaruntee. No one comes back to me. I have financialy lost a lot of money being stuck without transport. People have been rude and not helping at all. There is electrical fault with the bakkie. This is my second complaint on Hello peter, with no feedback or response. i tried getting a senior person from Headoffice, and no one wants to help me. I am paying for a vehicle I dont even have. Its going now for 2 months. I am past upset and frustration. I cannot believe service in South Africa has come to this. This is pathetic to say the least. The last time I phoned and spoke to a person was on the 2nd of October, they were going to phone me back. i am still waiting. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE DO SOMETHING!!! My next call is the ombudsman. Really!!
