I have purchased a Foton Thunda bakkie from Wynberg Cherrie in December. 3 months ago, the electrical on the driver side packed up. I phoned Wynberg as this is where I bought it. I was sent a message with a number for roadside assistance. After holding on I eventually got through to a lady which helped me. Here my nightmare starts. The bakkie was collected. After 2 days I received no calls. I phoned Kia, they new nothing of my bakkie. Told me to phone Somerset West branch. I found the bakkie here. I was eventually told they don't work on guaranteed vehicles. The vehicle will be taken to Paarden eiland. A few days later after not hearing anything I phoned Paarden Eiland. I was rudely told the vehicle is not there, why don't I phone Someset first. So I phoned Somerset and the bakkie was still there, and told the bakkie would be moved to Paarden eiland. After several days not hearing anything again I phoned Paarden Eiland. I spoke to someone in the Foton service department. They said they will replace the alternator. I explained to him regarding the wiring, and he said, I will get some lady to phone me back. I am still waiting. Im a woman, what do I know... RIGHT!!
