Car battery replacement/ and re-imbursement

November 2012 i bought a mercedes benz c180 for R200 000 from just cars durban, but i have sent the car back to them for repairs about eight times, where eventually they send the car to NMI and it was fixed. in january/febuary the car was giving me problem starting up and they said i must take the car to have the battery tested and the report said the battery needs to be replaced.my son took the car to them for battery replacement but they took a second hand battery from a car on the floor and when he complain nobody was prepaired to listen to him. a month down the line i knock off at work late at 12.00 midnight and the car was not starting, i left the car at work and hitch hick home. the following day i phone the insurance and it was towed to NMI where they find the battery not wright and the starter. my insurance paid a certain portion on the starter and i paid the rest the full amount of the battery and certain portion of the starter. ihave spoken with just cars and gave them the recept from NMI but nothing. please help me because if they had replaced the battery with a new one not a second hand battery i would not have been in this position.
